We design and build prototype and production moulds. Every step, from part review to a stable process, takes place in one plant in Kowary.
Scope of service
Designed in our own engineering office
Every mould starts with an analysis of the part geometry. We design the runner and cooling layout so that the process is stable and the tool lasts.

Built in our toolroom
Cores, cavities and inserts are CNC-machined, spark-eroded and ground in-house. Assembly and fitting take place right next to the machine tools.

MasterFlow hot runners
We build hot runner moulds with systems from MasterFlow of Sweden. C-TECH, part of our group, is MasterFlow's representative in Poland, so our designers work directly with the manufacturer's engineers.
From prototype to production
We build moulds for technical parts, housings, connectors and industrial components. Every tool is trialled and optimised on C-TECH presses in the same plant before it goes into production.

Series production within the group
If you also need the parts, C-TECH, part of the C-FORM Group, runs production in C-FORM moulds in the same plant, on presses from 25 to 1000 tonnes.

What kind of moulds do you build?
Prototype and production moulds for technical parts, housings, connectors and industrial components, with cold or hot runner systems.
Are the moulds tested before handover?
Yes. We trial and optimise every tool on the presses of C-TECH, part of the C-FORM Group, in the same plant, so that the process is stable and repeatable.
Can you also mould the parts for us?
Yes, within the group. Series production is run by C-TECH in the same plant, on presses from 25 to 1000 tonnes.
How much does an injection mould cost?
The price of an injection mould depends on the size and geometry of the part, the number of cavities, the runner system, the steel grade, the surface and tolerance requirements, and the number of trials. C-FORM quotes a specific price after reviewing the 3D model of the part.
What types of injection moulds are there?
Injection moulds can be classified in several ways, for example as prototype or production moulds, single- or multi-cavity moulds, and moulds with cold or hot runner systems. C-FORM builds prototype and production moulds; we design each mould around the part, the material and the production volume.
