A mould's route through the plant

    Engineering office

    Part review, mould design, steel selection and shrinkage calculation.

  2. 2

    CNC machining

    Milling and turning centres: cores, cavities, inserts and plates.

  3. 3

    EDM

    Electrical discharge machining of cavity details.

  4. 4

    Grinding

    A dedicated department for finishing functional surfaces.

  5. 5

    Assembly and trials

    Assembly, fitting and adjustment next to the machine tools, then trials on C-⁠TECH presses in the same plant.

  6. 6

    Moulding shop (C-⁠TECH)

    Presses from 25 to 1000 tonnes: mould trials and series production.

  7. 7

    Storage and service

    Steel, standard components, finished moulds and client tools, all traceable.
