We make spare parts for moulds on our own machine tools, so a repair does not have to wait for a supplier.

Re­fur­bish­ment by laser welding

We restore worn or damaged edges, corners and moulding surfaces by laser welding within our group (C-⁠TECH), then machine them back to size. We rebuild only the damaged area instead of replacing the whole component.

Modi­fic­a­tions and corrections

We modify moulds when the part changes or when the process needs improving.

We have dedicated storage for finished moulds and client tools. Orderly stock management and traceability protect the assets you entrust to us.

Moulds from other toolmakers

Have a mould from another toolmaker, including one from outside Europe? Describe the problem and send the documentation. We will check what can be done.

Frequently asked questions

What should I send when requesting a mould repair?

A description of the fault, photos of the damaged areas, the mould documentation (drawings or a 3D model, if you have them) and details of the material and the injection moulding machine. On that basis we assess the scope of the repair.

Do you repair moulds built by other toolmakers?

Describe the mould and the problem, and attach photos or documentation. We will tell you whether and to what extent we can repair or modify it.

Do you store clients' moulds?

Yes. C-⁠FORM has dedicated storage for finished moulds and client tools, with orderly stock management and traceability.

Mould damaged or worn?

Describe the fault and attach photos of the damaged areas and the mould documentation, if you have it. State the material and the injection moulding machine. On that basis we assess the scope of the repair.
