CNC machining, EDM and grinding

The C-⁠FORM machining department makes components for injection moulds and other industrial tools, from plates to inserts and spare parts.

Scope of service

CNC milling and turning

Milling and turning centres machine steel and aluminium into components for new moulds and tools, and into spare parts for repairs.

EDM

Electrical discharge machining where a cutter cannot reach: sharp corners, deep ribs, fine cavity details.

Grinding

A separate grinding department finishes functional surfaces to the required tolerances and roughness, without subcontractors.

Finishing

Components are finished to the surface quality required in production, ready to be fitted into the mould.

We machine mould components in the same plant as the presses of C-⁠TECH, part of the C-⁠FORM Group: 25 to 1000 tonnes, for mould trials and series production.
