Two companies, one plant and one team in Kowary. C-⁠FORM builds injection moulds; C-⁠TECH, wholly owned by C-⁠FORM, moulds the parts in them and represents MasterFlow of Sweden in Poland.

Medical companies in the group

The C-⁠FORM Group also includes two medical companies from Kowary. We therefore know plastic medical products from the manufacturer's and the distributor's side, not only from the mould.

    Manufacturer and distributor of medical equipment: disposable accessories for endoscopy and anaesthesia, such as endoscopy mouthpieces and endotracheal tube holders.

From Sweden to Kowary

The trade came to Kowary from Sweden. Jan Cyganik, the founders' father, worked there on projects where precision and reliability mattered. His sons, Paweł and Przemysław, grew up in that environment.

Both studied mechanical engineering in Sweden, specialising in polymers, and worked on tools and components for the telecommunications industry at suppliers connected with Sony Ericsson and Nolato, among others. At C-⁠FORM they combined Scandinavian engineering culture with manufacturing experience gained in Poland and abroad.

Timeline

  1. 1980s

    Jan Cyganik works in Sweden as a toolmaker, later as an injection mould designer.

  2. 2005

    Paweł and Przemysław Cyganik found C-⁠FORM Sp. z o.o. in Kowary.

  3. Today

    In one plant, C-⁠FORM and C-⁠TECH take a part from mould design to series deliveries.
