Our Heritage
The story of C-FORM is built on more than 50 years of family engineering tradition in the plastics and tooling industry.
It began in the 1980s, when Jan Cyganik, the father of the founders, started his career in Swedish manufacturing companies as a toolmaker. Through dedication, technical skill, and a deep passion for precision engineering, he quickly advanced to the role of injection mold designer, gaining extensive experience in the development of high-precision tooling for industrial plastic production.
Working in the demanding Scandinavian engineering environment, he was involved in projects where precision, reliability, and quality were essential. Over the years he built strong expertise in injection mold construction and plastics processing technologies, which later became the foundation of the family’s engineering heritage.
Growing up surrounded by this environment, his sons Paweł and Przemysław Cyganik naturally followed the same path. From an early age they were immersed in the world of molds, manufacturing, and plastics engineering.
Both later studied in Sweden, graduating as Mechanical Engineers with a specialization in Polymeric Science. Their professional experience includes projects related to advanced plastic components and tooling for the telecommunications industry, including cooperation with suppliers connected to companies such as Sony Ericsson and Nolato.
In 2005, the brothers founded C-FORM Sp. z o.o., combining Scandinavian engineering culture with their own technical expertise and manufacturing experience.
Today C-FORM continues this multi-generational tradition of precision engineering, specializing in the design and production of injection molds, precision CNC machining, and support for industrial plastic injection production.
With over five decades of accumulated family knowledge in tooling and plastics engineering, C-FORM delivers solutions built for reliability, efficiency, and long-term industrial performance.
